Let us help you connect with all of our area venues to show you what your event can look like here! Pro Tip: our services are all complimentary, we are just here to help you! Seriously, no hidden commissions, no added on fees, no funny business (except maybe an occasional Laffy taffy joke, we can’t help ourselves. Q: why did Cinderella miss the ball?)
WHERE DO WE STAY?: Just like how we help you navigate meeting space, we are here to help you find hotel blocks, rates, and get you what you need to promote them to your attendees. We will also create hotel block webpages and work with rooming lists if your event needs!

We will put together a list of attractions and personalized events that are happening while you are in town, there is always something to do when adventure calls! WELCOME INFORMATION: Everyone loves a Welcome bag! Included in every bag is our Visitor Guide which features all the area info, including maps, coupons, restaurants, attractions, area information and where to shop! We also include custom information to your event dates. These bags work great for attendees to keep their conference schedule, pens, paper, notes, networking business cards, and more, all in one place. Do you offer your sponsors the option of providing information to attendees? Throw it in the welcome bag! Needing help with assembly? Ask us!
Are you looking for a more eco-friendly option? We offer all of these items for a digital welcome bag too! If you would rather have some face-to-face interaction, ask us set up a welcome table, we can do that! This would allow your guests to pick and choose the information they would like to have, and get questions answered on the area!

EAT LIKE A LOCAL: Have you heard of our dine-around program? It is an attendee-favorite! We work with our local restaurants to accept conference vouchers, which will cover the cost of all or part of their meals while they are in town. You decide what amount you want to cover for each person. After the event, you get a grand total of expenses from us and then we take care of paying each of the individual restaurants. It makes it easy for you, the attendees love going to explore the different restaurants, and it’s built in entertainment! We can work within your budget and develop a Dine-Around.
STEP UP YOUR TECH + A/V: Have you seen the Catch Box Throwable Microphone? Yes, you can actually throw it around the room and everyone gets a chance to be heard! It’s like giving everyone a microphone, without having to have someone physically running around the room, have cords dragging or have any annoying mic interference noises. We can deliver these and assist with setting them up, alongside the conference tech team. These mics are very easy to use and come in a portable storage box with a battery charger. Available for events 250+ in attendance.
REGISTRATION ASSISTANCE: Our team can be at your event to help facilitate a seamless check-in process alongside you. We also offer name badges, you give us the list, we print and assemble them for you! Available for events 250+ in attendance.
CONFERENCE APP: The sky is the limit when it comes to creating out our conference app for you! List all your info about: schedules, speakers, itineraries, hotel blocks, maps, classes, special events, social gatherings, wellness meetings, the venue and any other info to keep your group informed! We will also promote how to use the app on the posters and flyers that we design for your conference! We cover the app expense, set up, and custom design and you reap the benefits! Available for events 250+ in attendance.
